We had a wonderful day at the Wellness Discovery Day on Sunday 23rd August at The Birdhouse Cafe in Exeter. It was a celebration of health, wellbeing, and community, bringing together local wellness experts, practitioners, and brands for a day of discovery, connection, and inspiration.​

This special event gave the public the opportunity to explore a wide range of health and wellbeing products, services, and experiences through interactive taster sessions, mini classes, demonstrations, and product experiences. Thank you to everyone that came along and took part!
