Join us for The Circular Social Wellness Discovery Day, a celebration of health, wellbeing, and community, bringing together local wellness experts, practitioners, and brands for a day of discovery, connection, and inspiration.​

This special event gives the public the opportunity to explore a wide range of health and wellbeing products, services, and experiences through interactive taster sessions, mini classes, demonstrations, and product experiences. Whether you are looking to improve your physical health, support your mental wellbeing, discover new wellness practices, or simply try something different, there will be something for everyone.

They are a not-for-profit, community-based organisation who specialise in providing employment and volunteering opportunities for adults with disabilities. Their sister company, Garland Support, have been supporting adults with disabilities for over 10 years in Exeter.

The Birdhouse Cafe is a Social Enterprise Café & Community Space in Pinces Gardens with plant-based milk alternatives and vegan cakes. 100% profits help break down stereotypes and create opportunities for adults with disabilities and learning difficulties.
