the mindful market
The Mindful Market is a joyful celebration of wellbeing, community, and conscious living, held during Mental Health Month at The Birdhouse Café, a much-loved, community-run café in Alphington, Exeter.

The day offers much more than shopping. Visitors can take part in on-site workshops and activities. There will be a dedicated chill-out zone for resting and recharging run by Soul Flo yoga, while Dance DynamiX's dance performances throughout the day add creativity, movement, and joy to the atmosphere.
Book your space on The Upcycle Collective's shiny shoe workshop, or pop your children into a session with the Little Village People on the day.

The Mini-Mindful Market is a joyful celebration of wellbeing, community, and conscious living. As part of InExeter's First Thursdays initiative in Exeter this Summer, Circular Social are proud to announce that our mini-market will be held at the Boston Tea Party.

Inspired by similar initiatives, First Thursdays aims to celebrate Gandy Street's unique identity and to support the InExeter 'Celebrating our City' objective.

This vibrant event brings together our eco-conscious business members, each with their own space to exhibit and sell thoughtfully made, sustainable products.
