Circular Social – Event Policy
Here you'll find our terms and conditions for the events hosted by Circular Social
Pitch Hire & Refund Policy
All pitch bookings for the Circular Social Markets are non-refundable if a participant chooses to withdraw or is unable to attend.

However, if a booked pitch becomes available due to a cancellation, Circular Social will offer this pitch to individuals on our official waiting list.
If the pitch is successfully filled by someone on the waiting list, the original pitch holder will receive a full refund of their pitch fee.

Refunds will only be issued once the replacement booking has been confirmed and payment has been received. If the pitch is not filled, no refund will be provided.
Event Cancellation & Weather Disclaimer
The Circular Social Mindful Market is an outdoor event and is therefore subject to weather conditions. The mini-mindful markets are indoors and unaffected by the weather policy. All outdoor events will state so in the event description.

In the event of adverse or unsafe weather (including but not limited to heavy rain, strong winds, storms, or other conditions that may pose a risk to attendees, traders, or the public), Circular Social reserves the right to cancel the event. The decision to cancel due to weather will be made solely by Circular Social, with safety as the top priority.

If the event is cancelled by Circular Social due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, further information regarding refunds or rescheduling will be communicated to all participants as soon as possible.
