I discovered this ancient practise/path after experiencing acute debilitating perimenopausal symptoms and looking for tools to help me. Rest is so very underrated and undervalued in societies. Our busy lives are governed by our productivity and rest is not given any merit. caring for our needs, is so often confused with being ‘lazy’. There is not one person who would not benefit from more rest, and it was during my rest that I suddenly made decisions I had been pondering on for a long time and I finally found a path to follow helping others learn the power of rest and all the benefits that come with it.
