Any questions regarding any of our policies please email info@circularsocial.co.uk Circular Social Mindful Market – Event Policy Here you'll find our terms and conditions for the Mindful Market by Circular Social Pitch Hire & Refund Policy All pitch bookings for the Circular Social Mindful Market are non-refundable if a participant chooses to withdraw or is unable to attend. However, if a booked pitch becomes available due to a cancellation, Circular Social will offer this pitch to individuals on our official waiting list. If the pitch is successfully filled by someone on the waiting list, the original pitch holder will receive a full refund of their pitch fee. Refunds will only be issued once the replacement booking has been confirmed and payment has been received. If the pitch is not filled, no refund will be provided. Event Cancellation & Weather Disclaimer The Circular Social Mindful Market is an outdoor event and is therefore subject to weather conditions. In the event of adverse or unsafe weather (including but not limited to heavy rain, strong winds, storms, or other conditions that may pose a risk to attendees, traders, or the public), Circular Social reserves the right to cancel the event. The decision to cancel due to weather will be made solely by Circular Social, with safety as the top priority. If the event is cancelled by Circular Social due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, further information regarding refunds or rescheduling will be communicated to all participants as soon as possible. Event Terms & Conditions for Stallholders By booking a stall at a Circular Social Mindful Market event, all stallholders agree to the following terms and conditions: General Responsibility Stallholders participate in the Circular Social Mindful Market entirely at their own risk. Each stallholder is solely responsible for themselves, their staff, their products, their equipment, and their conduct throughout the event. Circular Social’s responsibility is limited to the organisation and overall running of the event itself. Circular Social accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury, theft, or incident involving stallholders, their property, or third parties during the event. Insurance Stallholders are responsible for ensuring they hold any relevant insurance required for their participation, including (but not limited to) public liability insurance and product liability insurance where applicable. Proof of insurance may be requested. Circular Social does not provide insurance cover for stallholders. Stall Setup & Equipment Stallholders are responsible for providing and safely installing their own stalls, tables, gazebos, signage, stock, and equipment unless otherwise stated. All equipment must be stable, secure, and suitable for outdoor use where applicable. Circular Social will not be held responsible for damage caused by weather, other stallholders, members of the public, or any unforeseen circumstances. Health & Safety Stallholders must comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and are responsible for maintaining a safe trading space at all times. Any hazards created by a stallholder (including trailing cables, unstable displays, or sharp objects) are the sole responsibility of that stallholder. Products & Compliance Stallholders are fully responsible for the legality, safety, quality, and accuracy of all products and services they offer. Circular Social accepts no liability for any disputes, complaints, or claims arising from transactions between stallholders and customers. Loss, Theft & Damage Circular Social accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to stallholders’ stock, equipment, personal belongings, or vehicles at any time before, during, or after the event. Stallholders are advised not to leave valuable items unattended. Event Changes & Cancellation Circular Social reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including layout, timings, or location, where necessary.
