What started as a personal mission to ensure a year round supply of nutritious fresh greens to boost immunity during the pandemic for her family inspired the birth of Taw Valley Microgreens Ltd.
Our mission is to produce and supply the freshest most nutritious mini leafy greens using sustainable energy and regenerative farming practices that don’t cost the earth. Almost ninety percent of the waste produced on our micro farm is compostable and reused in our strawberry hothouse, veggie patch and garden beds. or simply left to grow wild and free in the surrounding meadows, adding vital nutrients to the soil and increasing bio-diversity.
