Hi, I’m Rachel — a yoga instructor and passionate climber. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and climbing has been a big part of my life for most of that time. It was through climbing that I truly discovered the depth of yoga’s benefits.


The yoga studio is in Unit 4 at the Plymouth Wellbeing Center.


I'm a yoga instructor and passionate climber. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and climbing has been a big part of my life for most of that time. Beyond strength and flexibility, yoga gave me focus, resilience, and balance — qualities that became just as important on the wall as they are on the mat. I now share yoga with others, especially climbers who want to move with more ease, prevent injury, and cultivate the mental clarity that supports their climbing.


My classes aren’t only for climbers — I also teach Vinyasa Krama Yoga, a mindful, progressive approach to practice that welcomes all levels and bodies.
