I am passionate about creating safe, nurturing trauma informed spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, let go, heal and remember their innate wisdom.

Based in Exmouth, I offer one-to-one sessions, circles, workshops, community events, and festival experiences across Exmouth, Exeter, and the South West.

My 1:1 sessions are intuitively guided supported by my years of training and tailored to the individual, weaving together Reiki, Somatic work, Energy Healing, Sound Healing, and Shamanic Reiki Drumming to support emotional, energetic, spiritual, and personal transformation.

Drawing on extensive training and lived experience, I hold compassionate, non-judgemental spaces where people can feel seen, heard, and supported. I have experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds, including children, older adults, neurodivergent individuals, and those living with dementia.

At the heart of my work is a belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves. Whether through one-to-one sessions, circles, retreats, or community gatherings, my intention is to support others in reconnecting with their authentic selves and cultivating greater balance, wellbeing, and connection in their lives.
