As an organisation FearFree support individuals who have experienced Domestic Abuse, sexual violence, children living in homes where Domestic Abuse is present and those who perpetrate Domestic Abuse.

The main programme they deliver in Devon is our ITRS programme- which is NHS funded. They have staff embedded with every GP surgery in Devon - where they deliver comprehensive training to the surgeries to support them to recognise Domestic Abuse and have the confidence to have that conversation. Especially relevant when they are looking to challenge those who cause harm.

From there - they can make referrals into the programme and every referral receives Trauma stabilisation support. Effectively this helps individuals understand what they have been through, and build strategies and receive support to start their recovery journey.

From there, FearFree then have their Lottery Employment, Training and Education programme that supports all the above categories to access one-to-one support to explore goals around ETE or volunteering and continue that journey of recovery.
