It doesn’t matter if you can or can’t dance, what age, shape, or size you are… If you’re out there struggling with anxiety, depression, or any kind of mental health condition, dance is a great de-stress from the world and helps you forget about anything outside the classroom. Dance has made me who I am today a happier, stronger fitter person! And I believe if you join me in my classes it will positively impact your life!
With loyal customers from ages 10 to 84, I run studio and online classes with a variety of music to suit all ages and abilities. We dance in the dark, so you don't need to worry about feeling self-conscious or judged for getting steps wrong!
